Water treatment is any process that improves the quality of water to make it more acceptable for a specific end-use. The end use may be drinking,pharmaceuticalwater supply,WFI water, irrigation, river flow maintenance, water recreation or many other uses, including being safely returned to the environment. Water treatment removes contaminants and undesirable components, or reduces their concentration so that the water becomes fit for its desired end-use.

Purified Water System is designed single stage RO + EDI or double stage RO + EDI unit, remove almost ion,salt,minerals,odor,colour,suspended substance,turbidity,colloid,heavy metal,residual chlorine from the raw water, treated water is purified water.

Based on different raw water and treated water quality request,we have following

Purified Water System Characteristics

4. SIEMENS PLC programmable,according to the actual system design, make program to control complete system, data logger record running data, connect to computer and print out. User can check it any time.

5. Electric cabinet install blower and dust strainer,keep the electric parts working in clean and cool space,make sure the system working smooth without error.All the wire marked by number, it is easy to find out the fault if there is something wrong. Once it has, alert will start on the control panel, operator can shut off power supply quickly by push the emergency button.

6. Purified water loop system use SS316L high quality sanitary pipe and fitting, can be sanitization by hot water,O3and H2O2.
