Purified water plant is the water plant that produce purified water which used for pharmaceutical processing, hospital tools washing,WFI feeding water. Main machine designed RO unit, EDI unit, Ion exchange,Treated water meet GMP 2015.

Complete system include Pre-treatment, RO,EDI or ion exchange unit,Post-treatment, purified water distribution unit and electric control unit.

Based on different raw water and treated water quality request,we have following design to remove impurity, suspended substance,grain, colloid,silica,bacteria,virus,arsenic,

Iron,Manganese,calcium,magnesium and almost other ion from the water.

Double Stage RO System Characteristics

1.Reasonable design and reasonable interconnect piping,low power consumption,

2.Pipe inner is smooth,no dead corner,easy for washing and sanitization.all the parts rust protection.

3. Only use high quality pump and RO membrane such as Grundfos, CNP pump, DOW,Hydranautics membrane,high desalination rate and high flow capacity, low consumption.

4. SIEMENS PLC programmable,according to the actual system design, make program to control complete system, data logger record running data, connect to computer and print out. User can check it any time.

5. Electric cabinet install blower and dust strainer,keep the electric parts working in clean and cool space,make sure the system working smooth without error.All the wire marked by number, it is easy to find out the fault if there is something wrong. Once it has, alert will start on the control panel, operator can shut down power supply quickly by push the emergency button.

6. Purified water loop system use SS316L high quality sanitary pipe and fitting, can be sanitization by hot water,O3and H2O2.
