Single or jacket mixing tank usually use high quality cold rolled SS 304 or SS316L as tank body ,end cap type of elliptical, dish or Conical with R angel, non-dead cornet,, totally make vertical style,varied mixing impeller,agitator motor install vertical or horizontal type, mixer speed 30-125rpm fixed frequency or adjustable by inverter, top assembled with outward open manhole, electric heating vent filter, sanitary spray ball. Inlet port always Tri-clamp or flange connection, sanitary silicon O-ring, seal good and non-leakage.

Tank Volume from 300L--20000L,we can make according to customer’s drawing or the actual installation space.

4.Material of high quality stainless steel, provide material certificate.
