Micro Filter use static pressure difference as filtering force, utilize separation of the micro element for media separating. Micro filter element aperture is orderly and well-distributed,under static pressure difference, the particle which small than element aperture will across the membrane, meanwhile, bigger one will blocked on membrane surface,then different size of particle is separated.

concentrating. Separated particle diameter 0.01-10μm.

Micro element will not broken off,non impurity dissolving out when filtering, and it is nontoxic, easy to use,easy for changing and long use life.

When micro filter working, media feed into the element from outside, product liquid flow out from inner,all impurity blocked on element surface. After working several weeks or months,when flowing capacity reduced evidently or inlet and out pressure different higher than 0.1MPa, then change the element.

Micro filtering unit is designed with pump and filter install on the same skid, connect with stainless steel pipe,fitting and valve,booster pump supply pressure to feed liquid media to the filter that precision 0.1-20um, uniform filtration aperture and high precision, always used for remove small grain and microbe, apply to purify water,ultra pure water, pharmaceutical liquid,syrup,drinking liquid,soybean milk and other food grade media filtering.
