According to the filter bag size and capacity, we have 1#,2#,3#,4# series,1# bag size Ø180X410mm, 2# bag size Ø180X810mm,3# bag szie Ø105X230 and 4# bag size Ø105X380mm.Filtering precision from 0.5μm to 300μm,capacity 5T/H to 400T/H, ,bag material PP,NMO,PTFE,Stainless steel available.

Media feeding from side port or top port, product media outlet from side or bottom port,impurity keep inside, and take it out when change the bag. Feed port and outlet port connect type clamp, thread,flange, union available.

Inner and surface finishing can be mirror polishing, mat polishing and sand blasting.All of our welder and polisher have more then 10 years working experience, The filter body weld and polish good without any scar,all corner smooth and shining.

With high Filtration efficiency and big filtering area,easy installation and operating,it is widely used for almost all kinds of liquid media.

The bag filter unit is designed with pump and filter install on the same skid, connect with stainless steel pipe,fitting and valve,booster pump supply pressure to feed liquid media to the filter that precision 0.5-300um, it it widely used for remove suspended substance,silt,turbidity,particulate matter and other impurity.

It is best choose for paint,coating,glue water,diesel oil,lubricating oil and other industrial media filtering,also used for water, juice,beverage and wine filtering.
