Mixed bed system include Pre-treatment,Cation bed,Anion bed and Mixer Bed Pre-treatment include raw water tank, raw water pump,Multi Media Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Cartridge Filter, to remove all kind of grain,colloid,colour,odour,suspended substance,chlorine.

Cation bed load in cation resin 001X7MB to remove positive-ion.

Anion bed load in anion resin 201X7MB to remove negative ion.

Mixed bed load cation resin 001X7MB and anion resin 201X7MB together into one vessel, quantity 1:2, anion resin at bottom.

It is designed to produce and ongoing supply of deionized water. All system use only high quality components and use chemical regeneration to maintain high quality deionized water.

Bed vessel material always use Stainless steel,organic glass or FRP, it is complete with internal collection and distributors and filled with high grade cation and anion resins.Depending on thevesselsizeand flowing capacity,they are fitted withdifferent size of actuated valves,both of whichmanual orautomaticallyworking and regeneration of the beds.Connected pipe and fitting material of UPVC or Stainless steel.

The quality of the treated water is constantly monitored by the calibratedresistivityprobe.Treated water between 1μS/cm to 50μS/cm, If its resistivity value lower then set up one, alarm on the electric cabinet and unqualified water back to raw water tank.make sure all treated water is qualified.
